Larry Sams
President / CEO
Larry is the Founder and Owner of Sams New Development, LLC. Larry serves as the
company’s President and CEO. He is involved in every aspect of SND’s operations on
a daily basis. Larry has performed and supervised a broad variety of construction
activities in the residential and commercial arenas.
Larry holds a General Contractor’s license and has been working in the construction
industry since the early 1980’s.
Anita Sams
Office Manager
Anita is a Co-Founder of Sams New Development, LLC. Anita serves as the company’s
Treasurer and Office Manager. She is responsible for Managing and Overseeing Office
staff and all related functions. Anita has worked in the insurance industry and has
many years of management and clerical experience.
